BREWCART offers shipping to all 50 United States and select international destinations. All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center located in New York, NY. We strive to ensure that every package reaches you in excellent condition. Processing Time
Orders placed with BREWCART are subject to a handling period of 1 to 3 business days. This processing window begins once your order is confirmed and payment is successfully authorized. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed in the United States. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may extend slightly; we will notify you if any significant delay occurs.
Cut-Off Time
To ensure your order is included in the same day’s processing queue, it must be placed and fully paid by 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders received after this cut-off time will be processed on the following business day. This cut-off applies to all order types, including those eligible for free shipping. Please plan your purchases accordingly to avoid unnecessary delays.
Transit Time
After your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, the estimated transit time is 3 to 6 business days. This timeline applies to standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international addresses may require additional transit days. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by BREWCART. Weather conditions, carrier capacity, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect actual delivery dates.
Free Shipping Policy
BREWCART is pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase is required to qualify for free shipping. This offer applies automatically at checkout when you select the standard shipping option. Free shipping is not available for expedited delivery services, international orders, or shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. BREWCART reserves the right to modify or discontinue this free shipping promotion at any time without prior notice.
Shipping Restrictions
Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements. BREWCART will clearly indicate any such restrictions on the product page. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses via certain carriers. If your order contains restricted items, we will contact you to arrange an alternative shipping method or cancel the order. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that may apply upon delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of shipment. BREWCART is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once the tracking number shows the item as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout.
Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address at the time of purchase. BREWCART is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing the order, please contact us immediately at the email below. We will attempt to correct the address if the order has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, address changes cannot be made, and additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact BREWCART customer service within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and, if appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund. Please retain all original packaging and documentation for damaged items. BREWCART is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer. In such cases, you must contact the carrier directly.
